These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program offered by InsuraCore Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS and/or MMS text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Description
When users opt in, they can expect to receive periodic SMS and/or MMS text messages regarding life insurance products, services, educational resources, appointment reminders, and promotional opportunities that may be relevant to their needs and geographic area.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS/MMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” or “OUT” to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP” or “OUT”, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
3. Data Use & Privacy
Data obtained through our SMS/MMS program will not be shared with any unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Information you provide may be used internally by InsuraCore Solutions and, where applicable, shared with licensed insurance agents, agencies, or carrier partners strictly for the purpose of providing you with insurance products or services that match your inquiry. 4. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or you can contact us directly at support@InsuraCoreSolutions.com.
5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside the control of InsuraCore Solutions.
6. Message & Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
